The main objective of this study is to analyze the establishment process of juvenile courts and the public policies created within the framework of public law, as part of studies on children's rights in Turkey, and to provide an evaluation and recommendations on the subject. Within the scope of this study, the legal regulations in our country are also examined, and the status of juvenile courts within the public policy process is discussed. To ensure that juvenile courts have an applicable policy in our country and that their content is in accordance with the principles of both national and international law, developments in the world and in our country regarding this issue have also been included in the study.
